“MERDEKA CELEBRATION: PARTICIPATE & GET REWARDED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTAGRAM”

1.Eligibility: This campaign is open to all individuals who have followed the GoWellness Instagram page. Participants are required to complete all campaign requirements during the campaign period to qualify for the reward.

2.Campaign Period: The campaign runs from 15th August 2026 until 31st August 2026. 

3. How to participate: To qualify for the voucher, participants must:

• Follow the GoWellness Instagram page (public profile is recommended to facilitate verification).
• Like the campaign post.
• Comment on the campaign post according to the campaign requirements.
• Complete all required actions within the campaign period.

4. Voucher Redemption: The voucher redemption period runs from 15 August 2026 until 15 September 2026. 

• Eligible participants must send a Direct Message (DM) to the GoWellness Instagram Chat. 
• Participants must provide their Facebook username (or any information requested for verification).
• GoWellness will verify that all campaign requirements have been fulfilled.
• Once eligibility is confirmed, the voucher code will be sent via DM.

Only participants who complete all campaign requirements and successfully pass the verification process will receive a voucher.

5. Reward: Each eligible participant will receive one RM20 voucher, redeemable exclusively on our website with a minimum spend of RM50. Limit: One (1) voucher per eligible participant/account. Each participant is entitled to one (1) voucher only, regardless of the number of comments or Instagram accounts used. 

6. Verification: GoWellness reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants before issuing any voucher. Participants may be disqualified if: 

• They fail to complete all campaign requirements. 
• Their entries are incomplete or submitted after the campaign period. 
• Duplicate or multiple claims are detected. 
• Fake, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts are used.
• Any false or misleading information is provided.

7. Voucher availability: Voucher redemption is subject to voucher availability. GoWellness reserves the right to end the redemption process once the allocated voucher quota has been fully redeemed.
