Terms and Conditions for Wellness with Mom Contest

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to anyone who follows the GoWellness Facebook page and participates by sharing a photo of you and your mother celebrating Mother’s Day in the contest comment section. Each Facebook account may only submit one entry.

2. Contest Period: The contest runs from 9th May 2025, 12:00 PM until 13th May 2025, 12:00 PM.

3. How to Participate:

• Like and follow the GoWellness Facebook page (make sure your profile settings are public).
• Like the contest post.
• Share a photo of you & your mother in the comment section and say something sweet to your mom! (In less than 10 words) Hashtag #MomAppreciation Giveaway

4. Prize: Six winners will receive RM100 worth of GoWellness Cash Vouchers each.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly.

6. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced on our GoWellness Facebook Page on May 20th, 2025.

7. Cash Voucher Redemption:

• Cash vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
• Redeemable exclusively on the GoWellness website.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Data Consent: By participating in the contest, participants consent to receive information regarding events, marketing, promotional offers, and value-added services from GoWellness.

9. General Conditions:

• GoWellness reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• GoWellness reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitations of Liability: GoWellness will not be responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that could prevent an entry from being processed.
