Terms and Conditions for Shop and Win Contest

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all customers who make a purchase from GoWellness via Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or our official website.
2. Contest Period: The contest runs from December 1st, 2024, until December 31st, 2024. All entries must be submitted by January 8th, 2025.
3. How to Enter:
   • Purchase any product from GoWellness store on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or our website.
   • Like GoWellness Facebook Page. (Profile setting need to be public)
   • Scan the QR code to fill in your details in the provided form.
4. Participation Limit:
   • Each order ID can only be submitted once. For duplicate submissions, only the first submission associated with that order ID will be honored.
   • Customers can submit multiple entries if they make multiple purchases with different order IDs.
5. Prize: Four winners will receive RM200 worth of GoWellness products each.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
7. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced on our GoWellness Facebook Page on January 15th, 2025.
8. Data Consent: By participating in the contest, participants consent to receive information regarding events, marketing, promotional offers, and value-added services from GoWellness.
9. General Conditions:
   • GoWellness reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
   • GoWellness reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitations of Liability: GoWellness will not be responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that could prevent an entry from being processed.
